Hi - It's Em

I just wanted to say how glad I am that YOU are here.

I know life is probably feeling pretty intense right now if you've found me. Perhaps you have a phobia? An anxiety disorder? ADHD? OCD? DPDR?

I had/have all of those things. I understand what you're going through. And I'm here for you. I promise.

MY STORY

I had anxiety ever since I remember, that led to emetophobia which led to more anxiety which led to OCD and DPDR. ALL of these things in my case most liekly stemmed from unmanaged ADHD and growing up in a home (a beautiful home no doubt, but a home) with a not much anxiety regulation (like many of us who growing up in the 90s'/early 2000's am I right?).

Enter the present day - I'm feeling happier, healthier and stronger than ever and with my degree in clinical counselling I have a PASSION for helping others in the way I wish I had been helped in.
